- Download the ZIP and unpack it — files are numbered in page order.
Frequently asked questions
How are the output files named?
Each file uses your original name plus the page number, zero-padded so they sort correctly: report-page-01.pdf, report-page-02.pdf and so on.
Why a ZIP instead of separate downloads?
Browsers block pages that trigger dozens of downloads at once. One ZIP is faster, keeps your Downloads folder tidy, and preserves the file order.
Can I split by ranges instead of every page?
This tool intentionally does one thing: one file per page. For pulling a specific range, split everything and keep the pages you need — each file is small.
Does splitting reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied into the new files without re-encoding, so text and images are identical to the original.
Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. Splitting and ZIP packing run entirely in your browser — nothing is sent to any server.
